FLOOD AND SWIFT WATER AWARENESS -$75 Early Enrollment/ $90 Regular Enrollment
The FAST Awareness course is 1 day lecture and table top discussion. The target audience is Chiefs, Commanders, EOC operators, Dispatch, Non Rescue Emergency Personnel, Planning Directors, and Emergency Service Personnel that will not be at the Technician Level.

FLOOD AND SWIFT WATER 1ST RESPONDER- $85 Early Enrollment/ $100 Regular Enrollment
The FAST 1st Responder course is 1 day lecture and field practical. The target audience is Non Rescue Emergency Personnel and Emergency Service Personnel that may respond to water emergencies prior to the arrival of a trained rescue team.

FLOOD AND SWIFT WATER OPERATIONS- $160 Early Enrollment/ $180 Regular Enrollment
The FAST Operations is run concurrent with FAST Rescue 1 course. It is RTI's belief that the person that is on the shore should have the same knowledge as the technician in the water. Op's graduates will experience the same skills and information as Technicians.

FLOOD AND SWIFT WATER TECHNICIAN- $210 Early Enrollment/ $250 Regular Enrollment
Three day / 1 night course. Covers in depth topics starting with boating and swiftwater rescues. Recognized standards, training, Incident Organization, communication, rescue equipment, safety concerns, search elements, physical and technical risks, hydrology, medical considerations for victim(s) and rescuer(s), Anchor and rope systems, Throw lines, belay techniques, survival swim, rescue swims, rope crossing techniques, shallow and deep water techniques, wall/abutment rescues, low water crossing/low head dams, entrapment recovery, boats, self defense and practical exercises allowing the student a chance to put it all together.

VERTICAL ROPE RESCUE TECHNICIAN I- $160 Early Enrollment/ $180 Regular Enrollment
Two day course covering basic required knowledge and skills necessary to rope rescue concepts . This course can be tailored to the students based on previous knowledge or specific needs to jurisdiction.

VERTICAL ROPE RESCUE TECHNICIAN II- $160 Early Enrollment/ $180 Regular Enrollment
Two days and one night taking the concepts and techniques from VRT Level 1 to the intermediate level. This course works on team skills and adds in advanced anchor systems, Haul systems, advanced problem solving and night operations.
